From this section, you can register other users for the administration and management of the platform. You can also modify or delete them.<\/p>\n

\u2660<\/strong><\/span> <\/em> To register a new user:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Click on the New User<\/strong> button located at the top right of the screen<\/li>\n
  2. In the User<\/em><\/strong> field, enter the username with which the new user will log in. You can enter an email address or a username that does not contain spaces.<\/li>\n
  3. In the Password\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>and Repeat Password<\/em><\/strong> fields, enter the access password for this new user.<\/li>\n
  4. In the Full Name<\/em><\/strong> field, enter the name and surname of the new user.<\/li>\n
  5. In the Email<\/em> <\/strong>field, enter an email address to send notifications to this user.<\/li>\n
  6. In the License Ends<\/em><\/strong> field, you can specify an expiration date for this account, or you can leave it blank so that the account never expires.<\/li>\n
  7. In the Main Group<\/em> <\/strong>field, select which group this new user will belong to:\n
      \n
    • Administrators<\/em> have access to all sections of scormPROXY and can perform all kinds of actions.<\/li>\n
    • Editors<\/em> have access to the Repository<\/em> and Connectors<\/em> sections to maintain their content.<\/li>\n
    • Training Managers<\/em> have access to the Clients, Invitations, Customer Portal, Orders<\/em>, and Reports<\/em> sections to manage clients and reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Finally, click the Save<\/strong> button to register the new user. The user will receive an invitation email, including the access URL, username, and password.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      \u2660<\/strong><\/span> <\/em> To modify an existing user:<\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Select the user you want to modify from the list.<\/li>\n
      2. Click the Modify<\/strong> button located at the bottom right of the list.<\/li>\n
      3. In the user profile, modify the fields as needed. You can change user data, license dates, the group they belong to, etc.<\/li>\n
      4. You can also deactivate or activate a user by checking or unchecking the Active<\/em><\/strong> option.<\/li>\n
      5. When finished, click the Save<\/strong> button to accept the changes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        \u2660<\/strong><\/span> <\/em> To delete an existing user:<\/p>\n

          \n
        1. Select the user you want to delete from the list.<\/li>\n
        2. Click the Delete<\/strong> button located at the bottom right of the list.<\/li>\n
        3. A dialog box will ask for confirmation to delete the selected user. If you are sure, click the Yes<\/strong> button, and the user will be removed from the system.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
